So far, this has been the best money I have ever spent. They came out to do a spring cleanup and the yard looked amazing when they were done. The communication is great as well. We own 2 Labradors, one is almost 8 years old and our pup is 18 months old. We had Invisible Fence installed in our yard in 2006. We tried to train Gracie multiple times and she kept breaking through. I had called Doody’s last spring as I was frustrated with our current system which did not seem to be working. Telly told me about his system, at that time we were not ready to change over to another system so we held off on making the switch. We had worked for 6 weeks training her only to find out the collar was not working. Then a while later the rep came out for Invisible Fence and we tried it again only to fail repeatedly. It was frustrating for her and us as well, I knew she was smart but something was wrong. This past fall I contacted Telly with Doody’s again as we were ready for an entirely new system. He installed a new wire around our property and a new system in our garage. She went into heat soon after that so we could not work too much in our backyard as I did not want her to run away like she had in the past. We finally in mid-January were able to work more on her fence training. Telly did return once to adjust her collar, I can say now 5 weeks later that we have won and we can put her outside without the fear of her running off. I absolutely love this system, the collars can be plugged in to be re-charged, there are no expensive batteries to purchase. Telly clearly loves dogs and works so well with them, his pet containment system is by far the best ever and I am so happy that we made the switch. Gracie is a happy girl too, she loves her freedom!!! Thanks Telly!!read more
